Women Who Write has received a Kentucky Foundation for Women grant of $3,786. Funds will be used to increase participation in our annual International Short Prose and Poetry Contest, and help with production and promotion of next year’s edition of Calliope. Funds have already helped to create this new website and purchase an online submission manager system.
We wish to extend our sincere thanks to the Kentucky Foundation for Women for the grant, and to Peggy Grimes, Kay Roberts, Peggy DeKay, Susan Lindsey and others who worked on the grant application.
